Quality Assurance

Gtec Media Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive and learner-focused training services. We use structured quality assurance processes to ensure our courses are well planned, safely delivered, regularly reviewed and continuously improved.

Our quality approach includes initial learner assessment, clear learning objectives, ongoing tutor support, learner progress reviews and end-of-course evaluation. For non-accredited learning, we use the RARPA framework to evidence learner starting points, agreed goals, progress, achievement and progression routes.

We monitor quality through learner feedback, tutor reflection, course review, attendance and engagement monitoring, complaints review, safeguarding awareness and continuous improvement planning. Course content is regularly updated to ensure it remains accurate, relevant and suitable for adult learners, employers and public sector partners.

Our tutors and delivery staff are expected to maintain appropriate subject knowledge, professional standards and continuing professional development. Where required, we provide evidence of relevant policies, procedures, learner records, feedback summaries and improvement actions to commissioners or contract managers.

Gtec Media Ltd is not currently Ofsted inspected and does not currently hold Matrix Standard accreditation. However, we operate internal quality assurance arrangements aligned with good adult learning practice and public sector contract expectations.
